Auditing

 

Kem, Duguid and Associates, P.S.C. is a Kentucky corporation.  We have extensive experience auditing businesses and governmental entities and performing audits for federally funded programs in accordance with the Single Audit Act and OMB Circular A-133.

 

Sandra D. Duguid, CPA, Managing Partner, manages the audits. Our audit team and support staff has sufficient resources to complete audits in an efficient and timely manner.  Other staff consists of individuals educated and experienced in the accounting profession, three who are certified and two others who are currently in the process of certification.
